Privacy Notice

This Privacy Notice describes the information Thomas County Released Inmates receives, how that information is used, and the limited circumstances in which it may be shared. It applies when visitors browse pages, use a search tool, follow links, or send a message. Use of the site signifies acceptance of these practices. Government portals and outside services have separate policies that apply after a visitor leaves this site.

Information Visitors Submit

Terms Entered in Search Tools

A name, place, or other term entered into a search tool is transmitted to the third-party provider that operates that tool. Thomas County Released Inmates does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider may process the query under its own privacy terms, so visitors should review that provider’s policy before submitting personal details.

Messages Sent to the Site

Information included in an email or contact form is retained as needed to read the request, respond, and maintain the related correspondence. Such messages are not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law or a valid legal process. Visitors should not send sensitive jail, court, medical, financial, or identity documents through a routine message.
